DC Entertainment (DCE), home to iconic brands DC (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Justice League), VERTIGO (Sandman, Fables) and MAD, is the creative division charged with strategically integrating its content across Warner Bros. Entertainment and Time Warner.  DC Entertainment works in concert with key Warner Bros. divisions to unleash its stories and characters across all media, including but not limited to film, television, consumer products, home entertainment and interactive games. DC Global Franchise Management is charged to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities across the company in focal areas such as content, distribution, branding and marketing, in order to achieve long-term financial goals.

DC Entertainment seeks an Executive Assistant II, Global Franchise Management for DC’s Global Franchise Management department. The Executive Assistant II, Global Franchise Management is responsible for providing executive support for the Senior Vice President and for handling administrative needs of the department.  
  • Manages calendar, phones, copies/scans, visitor passes and other daily administrative tasks for desk.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings; assist with AV and video conferencing needs; prepare materials and set-up meeting rooms.
  • Arranges travel and processes all T&E reports. Set-up purchase orders for vendors through SAP and manages invoices.
  • Manages special projects and ad hoc requests in support of Global Franchise Management team, as assigned.
  • Maintains contact/distribution lists, filing system, office equipment/supplies and other duties as assigned.
What do we require from you?
  • College degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years office experience required.
  • Previous executive administrative experience in entertainment and/or marketing fields strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint required.
  • Experience with WebEx, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of comics and/or DC characters a preferred.
  • Flexibility in schedule to work overtime – some mornings and evenings.
