Posting Job Description What part will you play?
We are seeking an Executive Assistant I for the Estimating department to provide administrative support to the VP of Estimating & Financial Administration.

  • Opening and sorting mail for proper handling within department.  
  • Filing and general record management.
  • Faxing, Scanning and Photocopying. 
  • Maintain calendar and scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Distribute weekly memos and miscellaneous correspondence.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years general office experience required.
  • PC Skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel and typing: 50 wpm required.
  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of production and management.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize constant workload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.     
  • Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours.
