Burbank Television Enterprises seeks an Executive Assistant I for the WWTVM Creative Services department. The position provides administrative support to the two VPs of Creative Services
 
  • Answers phones, coordinates and schedules meetings.  Maintains supervisor(s) expenses, travel profiles, and reservations.
  • Coordinates event logistics for art department. Participates in planning and execution phase.  
  • Coordinates art/advertising logistics by working with the other departments in the shared marketing groups.
  • Administers the Creative Services databases & other resources and updates contents frequently.
  • Updates weekly staff meeting and status reports. Distributes regularly to department.
  • Processes and tracks all art department invoices through SAP.
  • Collects and maintains photos and assets through MARS, wbitv.com, wbdcd.com, wip press site.
  • Assists Director(s) for in-house photo shoots. Gathers vendor quotes, coordinates with photo team, follows-up on deliverables.

What do we require from you?
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working in related field required, entertainment experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • General knowledge of Adobe Suite software a plus. 
  • Must have excellent proofreading & writing skills.
  • Must have ability to create & maintain databases & other resources.
  • Must be able to manage heavy workload and successfully see projects/tasks through to completion.
  • Must be able to work overtime, as required.
