Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks am Enterprise Technology-Finance Intern for the Enterprise Technology Finance & Tax department. The WB Technology intern will participate in the early phases of implementation and stabilization of the new Studio Facilities billing system. The intern will interact with various backlot departments and Finance to automate and enhance the third party production billing and collections process. There will be opportunities to work with financial reporting tools on a large scale. Similar projects for International Home Entertainment Licensing and Consumer Products will be in the requirements gathering stages and will provide the summer intern with a wide variety of exposure.
           
  • Attend/Summarize Business Meetings.                         
  • Attend status/requirements sessions with key users.
  • Write-up minutes of meetings, Functional Design Specifications.   
  • Use MS Project Online to:
    • Build Project Team.
    • Formulate Project Plans/System Roadmaps.
    • Create Project/Enhancement Tasks.
    • Assign Tasks to Resources.
    • Report out on Actuals/Forecasts.      
  • Work with WB and Service Providers to:
    • Track status/follow-up on incidents.
    • Troubleshoot system issues by running standard and ad-hoc reports.
    • Suggest creative solutions to reduce incidents/streamline processes.
  • Update system documentation.
  • Develop training materials.

  • Relevant college coursework in the areas of business and/or information systems.
