The Legal Department supports the vision and values of Wells Fargo by providing expert, creative, cost-effective, and timely advice and services to all Wells Fargo businesses and support functions. We operate in accordance with the highest standards of judgment, integrity, and ethical leadership to find creative solutions that best serve our customers, prudently manage risks, and contribute to Wells Fargo’s enterprise success.

Provides in-depth consultation to all levels of management, counsel and support staff from early case planning through production and case close in high pressure situations handling multiple priorities. Engaged on medium to large, moderate complexity, and/or medium to high-exposure cases, and takes the lead role in coordinating the discovery under tight deadlines with minimal supervision including but not limited to the following tasks: assist in preservation scoping including identifying custodians, interviewing custodians, & determining relevant data repositories, coordinate and/or execute the issuance of legal holds and tracking, assist in collection scoping, execute collection requests and coordinate with other partners on the movement of data, create and maintain detailed tracking and audit trail of preservation and collection decisions and requests, engage and coordinate vendor services, timelines and budgets, create and keep updated budget estimates.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of eDiscovery experience
  • 4+ years of experience in one of or a combination of the following: legal hold software, review platforms, or analytical tools
