Director, Supply Chain Data Management, Data Design and Delivery

As the Director, Supply Chain Data Management, Data Design and Delivery, you will:• Be a key member of the Supply Chain Data Management Products and Services team. • The Data Design and Delivery team will ensure the Supply Chain Data Management (SCDM) framework is applied as new capabilities across the Supply Chain are introduced. You will be accountable for the data design, data stewards and delivery leaders who work across the various Supply Chain functions to set and execute data standards, operating model and enabling tools. • Advance new perspectives, industry best practices and methodologies to automate data standardization. • Be a key person in enabling a digital Supply Chain across the various levels of transactional and analytical capabilities.• Lead the data design standardization using industry leading methodologies to enable an integrated, digital enterprise with strong data management practices.• Lead the cost estimation and resource assessment for the introduction of new capabilities that require data. • Develop and implement an optimized resource model to fulfil data design and delivery needs across a variety of data management services.• You will be responsible for the Data Design Councils and Data Design Governance of enterprise systems. 


A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree focus in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• At least ten (10) years of diverse and progressive leadership experience is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance or Information Technology.  

• Experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products industry is highly preferred. 

• At least five (5) years of people management experience is required. 

• Knowledge of most of the key concepts around data management, data standards and organizations in conjunction with End to End thinking within data (ability to see the data path from input, processing, and output) is required.  

• Competency at developing strategies and execution plans for the business is required. Ability to see the big picture and determine solutions accordingly, with strength to drive solutions against independent differing viewpoints is required. 

• Ability to translate vision, strategy and concepts into actionable goals, resource and project plans and priorities, and to quickly assimilate information and synthesize information into insights, actions and results are required. 

• Strong ability to collaborate with and gain influence and respect of key stakeholders across multiple functions/businesses with the confidence to interface with all levels of management is required. 

• Ability to understand and navigate the complexities of operating in a matrix global framework, along with the capability to execute accurately in a fast-paced environment is required. 

• Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with a wide variety of groups to drive solutions is required.  

• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)/ERP supply chain processes, machine learning, agile methodologies and design is preferred.

• This position can be based in Piscataway, NJ, Bridgewater, NJ, Skillman, or Switzerland, UK/EMEA  requires up to twenty percent (20%) of domestic and international travel.
