Director, Network Product Management, FX Solutions

Overview
• The Network Solutions group will establish Mastercard’s payment network as a key differentiator for the brand and a conduit for customers to access services. The group is responsible for productizing and commercializing the payment network– the group aims to increase transactions on the Mastercard network and service revenue derived off these transactions.
• This is a global role that will collaborate with colleagues across functions to embed the Network into MasterCard’s DNA integrating with existing products and solutions and focus on commercializing new Switching Solutions and Network Products.
• The Director, Messaging Solutions, will be responsible for the product management and development of a suite of FX/multi-currency services, ensuring the delivery of value-driven solutions to our acquiring and issuing customers.
• The role requires the ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse group of internal stakeholders, effectively manage multiple priorities and demands, and possess a deep understanding of transaction processing, cross border payments, and multi-currency solutions in the marketplace (e.g. DCC, MCP, etc.).

Role
• End to end product ownership of the FX Solutions suite of services, including product feature/functionality development and support, thought leadership on competition and industry trends, sales enablement, performance measurement, and operational oversight.
• Manage the product lifecycle and develop strategies to expand Mastercard’s FX product offerings.
• Defines and periodically refreshes the product roadmap to ensure value is expressed and delivered to customers, and market opportunities are maximized.
• Develops new and refreshes existing sales enablement & training materials.
• Manages and communicates product performance through dashboard reporting and metrics.
• Accountable for ensuring new product development follows Mastercard’s Product Management Excellence program.

All About You
• Significant product management and technical experience in cross-border payments and multi-currency solutions in the marketplace (e.g. DCC, MCP, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Self-motivated and action oriented with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a complex cross functional team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Travel required.
