Director, HR Shared Services

About the position

This role provides leadership and managerial support to an operations administration team to support delivery of both transactional and strategic work for HRCs and business clients. Key deliverables include business client reporting, compensation processing, workflow and process re-engineering. Responsibilities also include managing and organizing projects and initiatives across the HR team. Counsel and insight is provided to the business group head on various strategic business and personnel issues. Additionally, this position is back-up to the lead HR Consultants, providing business client support in the HRC's absence. Qualifications

·         BA/BS from an accredited college/university preferred

·         Minimum 7-10 years of professional work experience in human resources, shared service, operations, management consulting and/or human capital consulting

·         At least 5 years of managerial experience with demonstrated success in leading teams, talent development,

vendor management, data analysis

·         Proven success with building and sustaining strong relationships with multiple client groups

·         Proven ability to influence multiple levels of stakeholders; organizational savvy; excellent networker, strong external focus

·         Demonstrated experience building strong and influential relationships across varying levels of an organization with a strong execution mindset

·         Strong consulting skills and the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps, clearly articulate what needs to be done, and mobilize others in the right direction

·         Proven success in evolving the customer experience, process optimization and leveraging new technology solutions

·         Evolve operations through process simplification and automation where feasible

·         Results oriented with a high degree of independence, collaboration, agility and adaptability

·         Strong data management and analytical skills

·         Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
