Director Financial Analysis

This dynamic finance leader will be responsible for managing cross functional and segment initiatives to improve financial outcomes for the business. The director will need to have demonstrated quant skills and be excellent at mobilizing resources and analysis across all levels of leadership and be able to hold operational teams accountable for delivery and results. An ability to communicate effectively and synthesize analysis into actionable conclusions will be a key component of success for this position.  Additionally, the leader should have executive presence and be able to demonstrate command of translating operational and strategic actions into financial outcomes that eventually are recognized in financial statements and value calculations such as ROIC and NPV.  The ideal candidate will have trading or investment finance experience or be a Chartered Financial Analyst with experience in the Advertising Technology or Digital Advertising IndustryKey Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in effective ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in effective ways
  • Exercises judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results  
Education: Advanced Degree in Business or a Quantitative DisciplineExperience: Prefer 10 or more years of experience Supervisory: Yes

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in a similar sized organization
  • Strong computer skills (spreadsheets, database management, and presentation software) are necessary for the role
  • Excellent Communication, Coordination and Presentation skills required
  • Excellent desktop skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access)
  • Strong demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to coach and develop directs/indirects
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and prioritize business needs, define and implement solutions required
  • Advanced Degree in Business or a Quantitative Discipline
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with sales and marketing personnel
  • Experience in the Advertising Technology Industry
  • Licensed CFA
