Director, AT&T Fiber & Bundling Consumer Marketing

The Mobility & Entertainment Consumer Marketing & Analytics organization is committed to driving individual product excellence and multi-product adoption across growth and profitability metrics.

This position has overall responsibility for the strategy, development and implementation of product and promotional marketing programs for AT&T Fiber. You will lead and direct four direct reports. You will be responsible for the end to end marketing plan for fiber and will be driving organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, retention & satisfaction. The impact of this role is significant to the broadband business as the key volume growth driver of the portfolio.


Overview:
  • Overall responsibility for positioning and go to market planning for AT&T Fiber
  • Oversite and management of marketing strategy across Fiber footprint inclusive of awareness, digital, direct and retail marketing
  • Work across the organization to ensure marketing tactic owners are driving key broadband KPIs – specifically gross adds and revenue targets for fiber – via their tactics
  • Collaborate with promotions and analytics teams to optimize stimulated marketing performance
  • Execute targeted and local tests to identify scalable marketing solutions to drive AT&T Fiber
  • Define and oversee implementation of training goals and curriculum working with Sales organization
  • Determine direction and provide final approval on any modification to marketing messaging and go to market plans through information provided by direct reports
  • Execute against corporate strategic plans and objectives related to AT&T Fiber. Regularly interact with executives and major customers. Interactions can involve complex situations, customer negotiations, influencing and persuading senior level managers & executives.
  • Evaluate the performance, career planning and development for the team.

The background of the successful candidate includes:

  • 8+ years’ related, relevant marketing experience
  • 3+ years’ supervisory experience
  • Experience with subscription service marketing
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with a keen understand of marketplace & consumer dynamics
