Digital Transformation/M&A Manager

A career in our Emerging Solution Architecture practice, within Enterprise Architect services, will provide you with the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through defining their technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions that help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change. Our team helps our clients plan, align, and enable relationships among all work streams of the business. As part of our team, you’ll help with technology strategy, enterprise architecture delivery, and specific software development for our clients needs.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Thorough knowledge of IT governance and IT operations with a clear understanding of how an IT organization operates in alignment with a client's business processes.

Thorough knowledge of IT governance structures, IT governance processes, IT policies and standards, IT organizational structure, IT job descriptions, IT skills and competencies.

Thorough knowledge of change management, enabling technology, and program delivery.

Thorough experience with project management, software implementation, and application development.

Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs:
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
- Communicating value propositions;
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
- Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
