We are seeking a seasoned manager to help define and execute the engagement strategy for a key Prudential segment – Job Changers. You will collaborate closely with business leadership within the Customer Office and across Prudential to ideate and develop experiences and engagement strategies to address workforce mobility needs. This will require creative ways to solve for money-in-motion needs of customers undergoing life-events, with a special focus on job-changers. You will lead the customer-engagement efforts across the customer lifecycle (acquisition/onboarding, early engagement, ECM, retention), and partner with business teams, product management, sales, service, and technology teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and significant economic outcome for the customer and the company.

Responsibilities include:
  • Delivery of highly interactive customer experience that simplifies and digitizes current paper-based processes to address workforce mobility needs, such as: insurance conversion/portability services, 401k asset consolidation, and broader financial needs
  • Define and implement omni-channel engagement standards and metrics around workforce mobility
  • Bottom line accountability, including customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue metrics
  • Develop test and learn digital marketing strategy for Pru customer engagement that creates economic value for the business
  • Problem Solving and ideation to continuously increase customer and prospect engagement
  • Partner closely with our creative, development, and campaign management teams to deliver engaging marketing solutions


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Management or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services. Retirement (rollover, rollin, IRAs) or Group Insurance experience (coverage continuation, portability) is ideal
  • Digital Marketing experience in customer engagement platforms is preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented with teamwork skills and the ability to work across functional teams and all levels of the organization. Significant experience in leading cross-business initiatives is highly recommended
  • Proven track record of successful customer facing solutions execution. P&L ownership a plus
  • Strong communication and hands on presentation creation and delivery skills
  • Ability to go deep into the details as warranted – both a planner and a “doer”
  • Experience in Journey mapping. Experience with agile methodology is a plus
