Job Description Develop and Execute strategy • Work with Digital & Accenture Analytics leadership to develop geographic growth strategies, goals and actionable implementation plans consistent with Accenture strategy and market positioning •Drive the Accenture strategy into the Analytics business; ensuring that it complements the overall Accenture strategy
•Develop an Analytics business strategy and manage the multi-year strategic planning effort. Ensure corporate & digital priorities are properly reflected in Analytics strategies and tactical plans
•Identify and qualify industry and analytics specific strategic opportunities, including asset creation and utilization
•Ensure that the budget planning and allocation reflects the strategy and priorities
•Support global programs related to growth and strategy Drive Market Awareness and Industry Knowledge •Drive Accenture Analytics brand internally and externally to maintain / gain market awareness
•Monitor key industry issues & trends •Maintain a deep knowledge of Accenture's strategy current status, and multi-year views
•Act as the trends spokesperson in investor and analyst relations Engage and Develop High Performing Leaders •Sustain Accenture’s culture and values; ensure these are visible to our people; set the tone at the top
•Act as a steward within Accenture and of our core values

•Exhibit the stature and business maturity of a seasoned business leader Grow the Business •Strategically manage and grow a specific offering for a client base.
