Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement. Wealth Management (WM) business is a leading provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through Wells Fargo Private Bank, and to the affluent segment through partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services and the Community Bank.

Join the WM team as a Digital Consultant in Wealth Digital, Desktop, and Innovation.  Wealth Digital, Desktop, and Innovation is responsible for developing the focus and features that benefit Wealth clients who use Wells Fargo Online® and Mobile Banking and the Team Members who support them.  The Digital Consultant 3 consults on a variety of complex functions within the Digital environment. Provides development and execution consultation for digital business plans, programs and initiatives. These initiatives may focus on: content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management. Works independently on most initiatives, and may provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.

The goals for this position and team are to:

  • Connect Wealth LOB’s to enterprise initiatives to digitize, improve business process, and integrate into enterprise business processes
  • Represent Wealth’s interest on enterprise POC, pilots, and advocacy groups
  • Partner with Key Wealth LOB Stakeholders with Wealth BA and Desktop Teams
  • Grow new Wells Fargo Online and Mobile/Tablet enrollments and usage among Wealth clients to increase relationship team effectiveness and support bank initiatives. 
  • Contribute to Wealth client satisfaction and deepened relationships by providing an exceptional online and mobile experience that exceeds our clients’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Digital Consultant/Product management activities supporting the online and mobile experience of The Private Bank clients and those with Trust and Managed Investment accounts
  • Collaborates with business, technology, and support functions/partners to create a differentiated online experience for Wealth clients
  • Analysis and assessment of client usage data and trends
  • Serves as subject matter expert for Wealth on WIM and Enterprise digital projects
  • Coordinates efforts of product management, other organization units and vendors in development, implementation and communications while ensuring programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies
  • Coordinates resolution of complex and high profile product and client issues
  • Identifies change management implications of in-flight projects
  • Coordinates/supports communication efforts to ensure maximum penetration
  • Provides team members with the knowledge and collateral to successfully represent to their clients the online and mobile value proposition
  • Monitor Web Governance Program and Team Member Enablement
  • Enhance and monitor Wealth Management Team Member Mobility Program

The preferred locations for this position are San Francisco, New York, St. Louis, and Charlotte but other Wealth Management locations will be considered.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

  • Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment and Fiduciary, Brokerage or Asset Management experience
  • Digital Product Management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using Tableau
