Our clients face disruption on a scale and at a pace they have never seen. Most of the responses to this disruption require digital technologies and approaches. Your role will require you to identify the value trapped in our clients’ organizations, create new ideas about ways to address disruption, work directly with clients to expand these ideas, and help clients bring these ideas to reality. We expect you to apply design thinking to our clients’ challenges and work with diverse teams to design solutions that unlock trapped value in those clients’ products, services, channels, or other assets, and define ways for our clients to drive significant efficiencies in their current operations. Here is a snapshot of who we are looking for as a Senior Business Transformation Designer in our Business Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • A strategic thinker who can help unlock business value and create new revenue streams through innovative, digital plays
    • A world-class digital business leader with a solid understanding of your industry and its biggest challenges. You understand how the value flows for companies and across industries, and how Digital can make an impact
    • Someone with a keen eye for what your customers want, how they behave, what their preferences are and how digital fits in
    • You are driven by insights, experiences, value, and solutions
    • An architect who designs digital products, services or solutions to address your customers’ needs
    • You can design new digital ventures, mobilize them and know well how to fund them
    • Visionary who can see how the digital venture will disrupt the industry to deliver value to our client
    • Someone who can understands a revenue plan, a marketing plan, a sales plan and digital operations playbook and how to commercialize new digital businesses
    • And, one who will not hesitate to roll up their sleeves to take lead of the new digital business for the client, if needed.

As part of Business Transformation team, you will work with Industry leadership and Operating Group teams to:

  • Develop and deliver new, cutting-edge, digital transformation business through trust and value-led relationships with clients
  • Be a trusted advisor
  • Develop digital and multi-channel digital solutions across the entire ecosystem of touchpoints for clients
  • Conduct value analysis, creating the business case
  • Lead requirements Co-Development needed to implement the strategy
  • Be a thought-leader in Digital Industry challenges, trends, solutions, economics
  • Understand and apply digital value architecture for specific industries
  • Lead digital vision plan co-development with clients, as well as Accenture Interactive assets, products and services (digital strategy, content management, campaign management, multi-channel analytics, user experience, and e-commerce/omni-channel commerce) to help clients achieve the transformative outcomes
  • Lead client assessment portion of strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level
  • Provide ongoing strategic and operational guidance to support new business activities and existing client relationships
  • Business Operations accountability: Ensure smooth, on-time, on-budget delivery of services to our client while ensuring sound commercials for Accenture
  • Lead design points of view, proposal creation, and relationship management across key clients
  • Demonstrate creativity in the pursuit of new business and leadership of teams.
  • Ensure Business Transformation team is using the most appropriate design methods and practices.
  • Manage at least one Business Transformation engagement. Oversee quality and output of all projects for that account. Establish and lead client and account relationships for successful account growth.
