The Delivery Project Executive is responsible for the following:

  • Apply Planning Techniques to Client Strategy
  • Apply Financial Management & Forecasting Techniques
  • Manage Client Expectations and Satisfaction
  • Manage Client Relationship & Coverage Plan
  • Manage Account Performance
  • Manage Contract Transition & Change
  • Implement Quality Process Metrics
  • Perform Team Building In Cross Functional Teams
  • Manage Global Delivery
  • Develop Offerings/Solution Strategy from Opportunity Assessment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 15 years' experience in the following:
  • Complex program planning and management
  • Financial management & forecasting
  • Manage client expectations and satisfaction
  • Manage account performance

Minimum 10 years' experience managing client relationship & coverage plan

Minimum 7 years' experience managing global delivery



Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

7 years' experience managing contract transition & change

5 years' experience in the following:
  • Implementing quality process metrics
  • Performing team building In cross functional teams
  • Developing offerings/solution strategy from Opportunity Assessment
