Customer Relationship Management Collaborative Program Btwn National Grid and KBCC

Description About the Position: Pay Rate: $13.33 We are seeking individuals who are self motivated, thrive off goals, have the ability to multitask, and are detail oriented, with great interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism. Representatives are expected to provide a high level of customer service while achieving set goals including but not limited to appropriate handle and after call work times. Individuals best suited for this role are those comfortable using multiple computer-based customer systems at once while maintaining a professional phone demeanor. Strong candidates will also be comfortable with mathematics and using a calculator. As a Collection Representative you will be helping resolve Customers' delinquent accounts and help make payment arrangements for Customers. Collections is a fast paced environment, and at times, customers may become frustrated with their situation. Employees best qualified for this position should be able to remain “calm and cool” under pressure and be able to diffuse tense situations. Qualifications Job Qualifications: Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or GED. This is a part time position of 20 hours per week. Credit Collections experience a plus but not necessary Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are necessary Must possess excellent verbal communications skills with the willingness to hone writing skills Familiarity and comfort using online based tools such as email, online learning and/or internet searches Preference will be given to multi lingual candidates; Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian and those candidates with prior customer service experience.
