Position Purpose:

The Customer Development Executive represents Colgate Palmolive developing different product categories with our clients through the establishment of a close relationship based on trust and respect, in order to increase sales profitably, and according to our business principles. Improve distribution levels and market shares of different products, maintaining a healthy credit portfolio.

 

Let’s talk about responsibilities:

Ensure fulfillment of the sales target: Sellin & Sellout

Contribute to the negotiation and ensure the implementation of customers' business plans.

Execute with excellence the strategies of 5 Ps at the level of the Stores assigned to its territory.

Monitor, follow up and propose actions to ensure an optimal supply of our products in the nacelles of the stores in charge.

Strengthen the level of partnership with store decision makers through analysis of results and business proposals.

Monitor the activities of the competition and inform the commercial team.

 

What you need for this position:

Bachelor's Degree

Intermediate English Level

At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Area/Sales

Negotiation Skills

Office package, Excel, PowerPoint

Availability to travel

 

Additional knowledge/experience in the following is a plus:

Field experience visiting customers

SAP
