Customer Care Account Representative (1802814) – Wyandotte, MI Where the Chemistry Happens Serving as a primary point of contact BASF’s Customer Care team is seeking a Customer Care Account Representative like you to drive, coordinate, and support the management of our customer orders through the order fulfillment process.
Formula for Success
  • Leveraging your educational and/or professional background you will ensure complete customer satisfaction through accurate order processing, order status and exception resolution, address non-conformances with corrective actions, ensure KPIs and SLAs are routinely monitored and reported appropriately, maintain and foster strong relationships to ensure a high level of service and timely delivery.
  • You will function in a team environment and will interface with various functions within the business, and at all levels of the organization.
  • Your knowledge and understanding of basic order fulfillment and/or supply chain processes will be essential as you manage and provide efficient and effective support to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • As an enthusiastic self-starter you will have the skills and entrepreneurial drive to help us ensure order fulfilment and operational excellence.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP ERP highly desired.
