The Contracting Unit of the CLRU (Contracting/Licensing/Registration Unit) assists the Field Managers and General Office staff in meeting their office recruiting goals by ultimately approving the agent contracts that are submitted.



Primary Responsibilities:


The team reviews the paperwork submitted by the General Offices, on behalf of the agent candidates, to ensure that all required documents have been received and are complete and accurate.  The team also processes ad hoc requests related to the contracting and provides support services to the General Office staff by answering general inquiries and providing guidance regarding the contracting process.




The Contracting Specialist provides good customer service and support to the field by addressing basic contracting-related inquiries that are received through the day on our 1-800 number or direct.


  • Able to work on a team and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Good analytical skills
  • Associate, or Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required
  • Accountable, ethical, good decision making ability
  • Good computer skills and ability to multitask


Training and Development:


Initial training requires supervision and direction; after approximately one year with thorough cross training the individual works independently.  Coaching and feedback are provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.


Shift Information


This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. Work hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm
