Consumer Markets Operations Manager

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of operations management including operationalizing business strategies and transforming the value chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, and product support. Thorough experience in Operations Strategy and Transformation, Product Innovation and Development, Supply and Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Service Operations, Manufacturing and/or Logistics is preferred.

Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with contributing to the development of a business vision and manage complex project management through the design and implementation of changes to Operations, including people, process and technology changes and the following: -Building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, leverage diverse views to encourage innovation and help develop and grow team members throughout the course of every engagement by providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback. -Delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative and the following abilities: -Identifying and addressing client needs: build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships; -Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates; -Communicating effectively in written and oral formats to various situations and audiences; -Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data. Extensive proven abilities and success performing with system applications that support the following processes: product lifecycle management, network optimization, planning/forecasting, merchandising, inventory management, sourcing/ e-sourcing, maintenance, enterprise asset management, materials management, warehouse management, or transportation management preferred. Specific providers could include SAP, Oracle, Manugistics, Manhattan Associates, JDA, Red Prairie, SmartOps, and/or Primavera
