Client Solutions Executive 3 - Global Account Solutions

As a direct sales position, the Client Solutions Executive 3:  generates existing and/or new sales to customers for delivery of ATT products/services/systems and solutions to solve customers’ strategic business priorities.Key Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Primarily on customer premise, create existing/new sales for solutions delivery meeting a wide variety of customer needs for ATT products/services/systems /solutions for assigned accounts.
  • Supports partners with resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e.billing/installation/customer issues).
  • Supports product presentations/services/migrations benefiting customer needs.
  • Demonstrates broad and strong working knowledge of entire product/service portfolio.
  • Partners with clients to understand business requirements, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions.
  • Develops responses to Request for Proposals.
  • Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge and applications, utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures, and culture.
  • Responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement.
  • Effectively influences customers, diffusing potential problems.
  • Develops strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned highly complex accounts/projects while ensuring customer satisfaction with considerable latitude.
  • May be the lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers.

Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with customers engaged in sales activities at the customers site, communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc., related to proposed solution/sale etc., traveling to and from the customers premise, preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution/sale, researching and developing customer solutions with ATT external partners, including design and engineering, and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities. Responsible to provide correct customer information for orders, provisioning, and maintenance.  In partnership with the entire sales team, provides accurate account management information for all the key internal tools, ie.
