Client Manager

Job Description
IBM looking for Client Manager, this role includes following responsibilities.

Manage overall business and account relationships with all of Japanese-capital financial customers in the US as international assignee sales from Japan.
  • C-suite relationship building: Organize and execute overall strategy to strengthen C-suite relationships with Japanese financial customers most of which have Japanese senior executives assigned in the US to manage and operate Americas businesses.
  • Account strategy planning: Create account strategy by each Japanese financial customer based on the deep understanding of their business strategy, business agenda as well as strategic initiatives in corporation with local reps and SMEs at IBM US.
  • Business creation: Identify potential market opportunities at Japanese financial customers where IBM could/should address to accelerate business expansion along with what IBM does with Japan HO accordingly.
  • Client visit support from HO: Help HO clients who come to the US due to their businesses acquire deeper insight of IBM's total capabilities by leveraging global SMEs.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Relationship sales professional, Deep understanding of IT architecture for financial industry.


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Account management and Strategic planning
