Client Implementations - Senior Consultant

Job Description
As a Senior Client Implementations Consultant with CVS Health, you will manage the overall process for client implementations. Your focus will be on a single line of business and/or lead product implementations. Our Senior Client Implementations Analyst will partner with our Sales and Operations teams to support opportunities through new product development and new/existing client assignments. You will guide a seamless transition to our Account Team who will be responsible for the ongoing relationship with the client. As a Senior Client Implementations Consultant, you will also act as a support resource to Senior Implementations Managers on larger implementations projects.

Must be able to travel up to 25%. Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Account services, client services, client implementations, or related field
- 3+ years of client interfacing experience
- 1+ years experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Account Service or Benefit experience
- 1+ year of experience using Project Management tool including (SFDC), Pega, Microsoft Project (MPP) 2007, or SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Client Facing Experience.
- Project Management Experience

- Possess knowledge of healthcare industry terminology (i.e. PHI, PII, Adjudication, formulary, EMR, Cobra, EGWP, MABS, MOOP, DED, CMS, FEP, Med D, Specialty Rx, Dual Demo, etc.)

High School required
Bachelors Degree Preferred
