NCS is recruiting a Client Manager to lead delivery of media targeting and measurement projects with quality and excellence. In partnership with NCS Business Development, the ideal candidate will create and grow long term client engagement/relationships across multiple client/prospect organizations. This will be accomplished by developing and delivering actionable media activation insights and recommendations that are aligned to client strategic business priorities and that improve advertising ROI.


 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead senior business relationships across multiple client/prospect organizations.
  • Accurately and actively position NCS capabilities with client to ensure NCS is a vital element of their decision making process regarding business issues on media planning, buying, execution, and measurement.
  • Learn and lead expansion of the digital and data driven media ecosystem
  • Drive actionable recommendations that are aligned to client business issues.
  • Proactively resolve client issues by engaging other Nielsen support groups as needed.
  • Drive actionable recommendations that are aligned to client business issues.
  • Responsible for, with NCS Business Development, overall revenue targets including renewal and fulfillment of contracted revenue.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and coordinate business development effort.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key client decision makers and internal/external partners.
  • Prioritize against and quickly respond to multiple client demands.
  • Craft and present narratives that engage and excite the audience.
  • Quick on his/her feet, crafts the right response to challenging questions and tough issues.
  • Analyze and integrate various data sources across NCS and client partners.
  • Ability to organize and distill raw data into actionable insights for client delivery.
  • Manages and consistently delivers on projects/requests requiring cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify and improve collaboration flows for more efficient engagement.
  • Supports coaching, mentoring, and development of client team.
  •  


 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.  MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a client facing and/or analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills with a proven track record of delivering value-added analytical insights to a client.
  • Knowledge of TV and digital media ecosystem is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and/or Google for Work.
