The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. The Enterprise Agile Transformation group is leading end-to-end business transformation initiatives, which leverage and adhere to Wells Fargo Agile as part of a full lifecycle product management process. With an aim to strategically accelerate how quickly organizations move from ideas to production, we partner to bring customer value to market, and deliver better quality products to customers, more frequently. The Enterprise Agile Transformation group looks beyond customary technology and development to uplift organizational constructs and how people work together to make decisions. We are seeking a well-experienced, highly motivated Change Management professional to help advance and scale our Agile transformation adoption efforts, working with our line of business partners to adapt new ways of thinking. This role will help assess the impact levels of transformation on constituents, and partner to design sound strategies to implement change successfully, as we expand Agile capabilities, while successfully collaborating across a complex, matrixed organization. The role will partner with business and technology partners to foster adoption of Wells Fargo Agile, introducing scalable practices which result in sustainable change. A ‘roll-up your sleeves’ position, the successful candidate will be actively designing and implementing change strategies, while coaching others in the discipline; leveraging their past successful experience and knowledge to help continually assess and evolve our transformation implementation model.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Establish and maintain meaningful engagement with key internal & external stakeholders which supports a growth in change readiness, and ensures impacts are assessed, understood, and implemented in a way that fosters adoption and sustainment.
  • Partner to evolve a cohesive change management approach across stakeholders, with all working toward the same goal, via creation and implementation of sound change strategies as part of our evolving Enterprise Agile model
  • Actively lead change initiatives and related work streams or project work critical to the success of implementation.
  • Actively listen to the Voice of the Customer and collaborate to shape and cultivate work groups, communities of practice, forums, and other meetings into high-value change mechanisms for Agile transformation participants
  • Interface with lines of business and technology organizations to understand impacts for their respective organizations during their Agile transformations, and incorporate their needs into strategies
  • Track and report Agile transformation change management activities, with an eye for refinement and improvements to ensure we are appropriately fostering desire, knowledge, and ability at appropriate levels, and creating sustainable transformations
  • Appropriately assess needs of business and/or functional partners: understand audience and business drivers which foster deeper engagement in change initiatives
  • Contribute to proactive internal change strategies, including ability to clearly assess change impacts, identify key messages, resistance points, audiences, and gaps, and design viable tactical plans to communicate and a foster adoption.
  • Consult with and support leadership in delivering Enterprise Transformation updates to key audiences
  • Effectively partner to create and execute communication plans, which many include sensitive change aspects: including talking points, emails, and presentations for a variety of internal audiences
  • Create and track appropriate metrics
  • Develop well-articulated written and oral communications content appropriate for internal audience(s)
  • Effectively manage and facilitate work groups, including LOB partner leaders, communities of practice, forums or other communication channels, to gain needed information, share meaningful content, and create top level engagement..
  • Actively assess effectiveness of communications and partner to implement improvements when needed
  • Collaborate with peers and partners to share, and evolve, best practices and change activities
  • Successfully thrive in an ambiguous and evolving work environment, while helping others cultivate successful transformation opportunities
  • Establish and grow viable, collaborative partnerships and relationships

**The preferred locations are listed; however, other locations and telecommuting may be considered.



Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning





Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of tactical change management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • PROSCI or an equivalent change management certification
  • Experience writing and editing a variety of complex and/or sensitive communications including talking points, emails, and presentations for a variety of internal audiences
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Proven experience developing and executing against viable change strategies which align with business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling content and leverage multiple channels for creative storytelling for varied audiences (including presentation content, development, and presentation).
  • Ability to establish and foster strong relationships, while collaborating across varied roles and levels of authority
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to bring fresh ideas and a maintain a positive perspective while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Willingness to coach and teach others the discipline of change management
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects
  • Past experience creating presentations for Executive level leaders is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Ability and willingness to coach others in organizational change models and behavior modification tactics,
  • Strong spirit of collaboration, working across large organizations to reach a common goal
  • Familiarity and understanding of Agile
  • Experience working in a geographically dispersed, cross-functional large corporate environment
  • Self-starter, with a proven ability to effectively see what needs to be accomplishes, manage time, and produce tangible results
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
  • Adaptable with a strong desire to grow personal skills, while leveraging known strengths
