This Manager leads a large and/or specialized Business Systems Consulting group that plans, conducts and directs analyses of technological solutions that are highly complex, strategic and may be enterprise wide. May have both direct and matrix management responsibility, with subordinate managers and high level individual contributors as direct reports. Interacts frequently with senior management, demonstrating influence and negotiation. Ensures effective and influential relationships with vendors and other external contacts. Recommends technology policy on behalf of the line of business and coordinates policy development with systems leadership. Participates in systems planning. Identifies risk factors and ensures enactment of appropriate controls. Reviews RFPs and has responsibility for vendor oversight and selection. Develops and administers budget.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a technology team responsible for the release management of all project work for the Azure and Foundry Cloud environment, including change coordination and audit, review of project deliverables, dates, security reviews, document deliverable deadlines, onboarding activity deadlines and all escalations needed to ensure smooth transition into production.
  • Provide guidance to migration teams on standards in policy and procedure for change coordination, security oversight, production readiness and onboarding.
  • Provide assistance with production readiness to ensure applications are ready to be supported in production.
  • Partner with Project Management, Application teams, Implementation and Production Support teams as needed
  • Lead Change/Incident Team for the broader EPS group

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in a technology environment

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • 3+ years of change management experience

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Effectively communicate status to senior levels of management both technology and LOB and experience working across various technology groups
  • Ability to manage highly complex integration activities
  • 3+ years experience with change audit practices and policies
  • 3+ years experience in release management practices and risk oversight
  • Cloud experience
  • Experience in onboarding applications into production support
  • Proven experience in establishing a large scale vision, developing the strategy to support the vision, gaining consensus across key functional leadership through effective communication, and driving the vision to closure through the effective management of goals and objectives.
  • Experience managing multiple line of business applications, enterprise-wide technology infrastructure or service components.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive and lead organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building organizational capability including high performing teams, process, and technology. This includes a keen focus and proven results in identify talent gaps and developing a cultural environment that achieves results through team member engagement, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to assess information security and operational risk
