Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

The position performs business analysis and leads implementation/coordination activities for data at rest encryption technologies on the Encryption & Tools Engineering - Server Encryption Team within Information Protection Technologies organization.  This position will perform the analysis and translation of requirements, project coordination and the oversight of implementation and technical support activities between Management, Engineers, Project Management and application/systems stakeholders and partners.  Position participates in, in many cases leading, the interactions with encryption technology vendors, helps to ensure vendor product engineering is in line with the objectives and security requirements of Wells Fargo and coordinates with the vendor support Team to ensure issues impacting Wells Fargo are resolved quickly and effectively.  Additionally, this position leads interactions with partners within Wells Fargo that support, deploy and utilize various encryption technologies. Routinely interacts with LOBs and also acts in very close coordination with Security architecture – provides leadership, guidance, insight, and planning/implementation strategy for encryption technologies.

  • Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines and with challenging vendors/3rd parties and internal partners
  • Ability to anticipate and infer what is needed to successfully navigate complex processes in a large Enterprise
  • Must be organized and have rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 1+ year of PAC2000 Change Management experience
  • 5+ years of information technology experience
  • 2+ years of information security experience
  • 3 + years of Microsoft Project experience
  • 3 + years of Microsoft Visio experience
  • 2+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • 1+ year of JIRA experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1+ year of SharePoint and Wikis experience
  • 1 + years of Confluence WikiD experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of networking and security concepts, including, networking protocols, interoperation with firewalls and load balancers
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology server: file encryption technology, encryption key management and information security policies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
