Wells Fargo Enterprise Business Services Technology (EBST) team is looking for a Business Systems Consultant 5.  The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Providing technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Working with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
  • Recommending and initiating systems testing.
  • Acting as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
  • Providing direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Handling project finances including estimation, forecasting etc. 

 



Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools
  • 2+ years of experience with Technology Project Methodology (TPM)
  • 2+ years of experience leading multiple projects
  • 2+ years of experience managing and reporting on project financials



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
