The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.

Join Treasury Management Client Delivery and work on the Enrollment Strategies, Tools, and Support team, focusing on the tools used by TMCD and its partners. This team is responsible for developing and delivering enrollment functionality on applications that help our business partners (sales, relationship management, implementation, and operations) collaborate on common customers and provide a seamless enrollment experience.

You will be working on the Enrollment Simplification Program and the development of the ECS 360 application and other applications such as TM Legal Wizard, Online Forms, DACA CMT, Dynamic Workbook. You will act as a liaison between business proponents and end users, the technical organization, and quality assurance group and work with these various teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will perform process analysis, establish business priority and develop requirements that ensure efficient end to end implementation processes which improve customer and team member experiences while increasing speed to revenue.

Responsibilities include:

•Working with end users and being the conduit between technical and QA teams to build application functionality or enhance existing application workflows.
•Perform analysis of moderately complex-to-complex product enrollment processes and formulate analysis findings into prioritized business requirements, use cases, and test scripts.
•Ensure solution(s) fulfill strategic initiatives, meet business requirements and user needs by conducting reviews with impacted stakeholders and by performing basic user acceptance testing
•Work with user groups to support training needs and resolve questions and assist in troubleshooting and decision readiness for deployment to end users.
•May provide guidance to less experienced staff.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, writing business requirements and/or use cases and performing user acceptance testing
  • 3+ years of experience managing a product backlog and writing user stories
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies
  • 3+ years as SCRUM Product Owner or SCRUM Master on an agile team
  • 3+ year of experience using JIRA, Version One, or Rally
  • 1+ year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Javascript, SQL, VBA, and XML
  • 1+ year of HP ALM experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to act as a liaison between the technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are met
  • Demonstrated understanding of and comfort with technology
  • Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirement documentation
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects and directives and working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with a process improvement initiative or program
  • Detailed oriented, organized and able to manage projects from inception to production
  • Demonstrated ability take a concept, develop the strategy and define/implement projects
  • Demonstrated experience playing a lead role in cross functional teams, or large projects, and developing collaborative working relationships with a variety of constituents
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, engage, challenge, and drive outstanding results through others
  • Business process modeling experience – leading modeling sessions and utilizing business modeling tools
  • Experience working with a business process management (BPM) platform
  • Experience with DCM, SharePoint, & MS Office Suite including: PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Visio
