The CBT- PVSI Platform Management group is seeking qualified candidates for a BSC5 position. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.

Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

Candidate will produce reports and oversee application team execution of patches on a monthly basis as well as oversee any released emergency vulnerabilities. Incumbent will lead meetings, to go over reports that they pulled through Excel, Tableau, Share Point, et cetera.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 1+ year of systems vulnerability management experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Qualys vulnerability reporting
  • 1+ year application security vulnerability detection and mitigation experience
  • 1+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • 2+ years of experience leading multiple implementations



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1+ year of Server experience
  • 1+ year of SharePoint experience
  • 1+ year of Tableau experience
  • 2+ years of PAC2000 experience



Job Expectations

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
