Job Description


Accenture Products & Platforms professionals demonstrate the ability to apply deep expertise in bringing together Accenture s best of breed delivery practices in order to drive repeatable, industralised and high quality solutioning and delivery. This covers the key components of the Accenture Delivery Suite that consolidates our proven methodology, estimators, tools, skills and global delivery approaches.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Direct responsibility for ensuring the relevant practice fully supports the needs of the business across sold and to be sold work.
  • Administrative aspects of managing the practice, including regular meetings, reviews, and information sharing.
  • Ensure that information, common practices and processes are shared across clients and the practice Lead the development of tools, and ensure they are leveraged and in use on client programs.
  • Developing Updating artifacts explaining the capabilities of the platform Manage and grow the resources within the practice.
  • Set and manage growth plans for resources
  • Engage with operations to ensure supply meets demand, and to map individuals to the correct roles on programs.
  • Apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ALIP software to recommend and design solutions specific for life insurance processing on the platform
  • Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and contribute to the adoption of the best solution.
  • Play an active role in supporting the technical team during the construction of the solution.
  • Support training processes conduct ALIP demos and perform ad hoc sales support.
