Who you are :

You are the Product Analyst for GARS (Global Asset recovery services) Business, with a main objective of taking care of all the business processes i.e. Sales and Inventory management processes.

What you'll do:
  • Will create and analyze inventory reports
  • Ensure that a good back up system is set up and runs strong for the team
  • Develop and maintain a management system of all partner related sales activities
  • Be the support for all broker purchase (from Order until Payment and Reconciliation)
  • Ensuring the Maintenance of high-level process compliance
  • Supporting sales team to achieve quarterly, half-yearly, annual quota and/or margin.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Sales support with 3 years sales experience in Global financing
  • Building growth opportunities for business by process improvement in operations.
  • Spending quality time directly with operations team in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Developing business plan in conjunction with customer and Parent Organization.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners on multiple levels to deliver appropriate solution sale.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • High level of customer management relationship building, working at management and executive level in lines of business.
  • Partner organization intelligence aligned with partner management skills and has knowledge of the company's breadth of solutions and engages with specialist resources as needed.
  • Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate to IBM's solutions
  • Passionately prioritizes and drives strategic sales activity on a complex solution basis.
