Wells Fargo’s Chief Administrative Office (CAO) consists of enterprise functions that work together to promote and protect the Wells Fargo culture and brand, and support our team members. The Compensation Delivery Business Initiatives Consultant will be responsible for strategizing, planning and executing a broad range of initiatives focused on the delivery of Wells Fargo’s compensation processes, programs and standards. As a key member of the Compensation Delivery Process Governance team, this individual will provide leadership in the integration, implementation and improvement of enterprise compensation programs, processes and initiatives, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and ensuring plans/programs adhere to policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities will be varied and Include:

  • Collaborating with multiple internal partners, including but not limited to, Compensation & Performance Management Design, Risk & Compliance, Employee Relations, HR Policy, Legal team and Talent Acquisition, to develop, implement and redesign centralized compensation process strategies
  • Developing, implementing and/or leading the administration of robust compensation-related compliance programs, processes and standards, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), minimum wage, and pay equity legislation
  • Providing subject matter expertise, consultation and interpretation of policies, standards and practices related to wage and hour issues, pay differentials and employment/job classification
  • Partnering with HR Communications, Learning & Development, Team Member Care and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are being implemented and administered in ways that provide appropriate and positive manager and team member experience

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning





Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience implementing and overseeing complex compensation programs, processes, standards
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of an organization, including senior leadership/management
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
