Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

The Business Applications Analyst 4 role will support the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program as part of the Program Maintenance Team. This role will be required to manage the development and maintenance of the TPRM SharePoint sites and provide support on other business applications including Documentum (DMS) and TRIMS.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining all SharePoint sites as System Admin and address/implement change requests including design & development, support, user access permissions/groups, annual access certifications, monitoring capacity, pages, forms, notifications, workflow, links, lists, libraries, etc.
  • Analyzing access requests and managing approvals for TRIMS roles in production (e.g. TPRM Oversight, other Risk Oversight, Audit, Application Support, Sys Admin, Report Admin) and work with ERMT Operations to update Request Center
  • Participating in TRIMS UAT and TRIMS production validation
  • Serving as back-up support for the TRIMS system status page and post updates as needed
  • Managing the quarterly retention process
  • Transferring inactive official documentation to DMS
  • Supporting DMS cabinets and user access permissions
  • Monitoring and maintaining the TPRM Shared drives
  • Maintaining TPRM shared mailboxes, including statistical reporting and trending
  • Managing SharePoint and DMS enterprise upgrades for adherence to enterprise scheduling and requirements
  • Resolving TPRM Team Member network, hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with onboarding of new hires for hardware and system requirements
  • Updating and maintaining the TPRM Organizational Chart
  • Supporting TPRM efforts including team meetings, ad hoc reports/presentations 

Location: Preferred locations include Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC, but open to any location in the Wells Fargo footprint

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical support experience

  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance or operational risk

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies
  • Third Party Risk experience
