Position Summary:EY’s global Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function supports EY’s purpose of Building a Better Working World by driving commercial value through distinctive marketing and communications that deliver measurable market impact. The global Brand & Marketing (B&M) team is a pivotal element in the transformation of EY’s brand and commitment to achieving Vision 2020’s ambition. Our team leads and executes global B&M Programs across sectors, geographies and service lines that build reputation, relationships and revenue supporting EY’s business priorities. The B&M Program Assistant Director is a fundamental member of the Brand & Marketing team, supporting B&M Program Leaders in ensuring that our large-scale brand and marketing programs are created and executed smoothly across many channels and geographies. This role interacts with senior executives and we are seeking a pro-active, dynamic person who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The B&M Program Assistant Director will have responsibility for overall project management and coordination of various elements of B&M Programs, helping team members connect with each other and across BMC. The B&M Program Assistant Director will be part of our Flex team, which allows our people to flex between and participate in cross-functional teams, gaining experience in working with diverse teams, expanding understanding of the EY business, and developing new skills. As part of our Flex team, the program Assistant Director will be assigned to one or multiple B&M Programs or priority projects periodically based on skills, program needs, business priorities, development opportunities and career ambition. The ideal candidate is an experienced, resilient team player with strong stakeholder management skills, excellent project management and communication skills and good business acumen. The ability to manage stakeholder requests and prioritize projects will be key, ensuring alignment with key areas of focus for BMC and the business. Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Develop and execute one or multiple brand and marketing programs with a focus on delivering results and business outcomes that build brand, expand relationships and ultimately drive revenue with clients and prospects
  • Coordinate various activities and deliverables, including brand positioning, content creation, platforms, communications, and business engagement activities, following up on actions and coordinate team to ensure these are completed on time
  • Work collaboratively across B&M and other Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) pillars and teams
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders effectively and maintain good working relationships across BMC and other functions
  • Connect with service line, sector, regional and account teams as needed in order to execute the plan
  • Draft communications and status reports
  • Coordinate key processes, such as independence/BRET and SCORE Assist with budget management
  • Support the measurement of programs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant EY services, as well as BMC and EY processes
  • Partner with and collaborate effectively with Global Markets, BD, Knowledge, Talent and others (e.g., regional colleagues)
  • Manage program execution and associated resources
  • Measure program impact
  • Be knowledgeable about EY processes and structure to effectively navigate the organization

Other Requirements:
  • Global travel may be required pending business needs.
Experience Requirements:
  • Significant experience in marketing, communications or business development, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience of project management/program execution
  • Experience working in a cross-border environment (ideal but not essential)
  • Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders
