Assignment Capsule

The successful candidate will need to be skillful using appropriate analysis and metrics, developing a logical argument in support of business decisions, detailing their consequences and justifying their rationale; determining which criteria are relevant to the decision-making process; design, develop and present an effective business case; proactively identifies, evaluates, and solves problems with rigorous logic and a systematic approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management (uploading files and making adjustments)
  • Reporting (daily productivity reporting, control logs, and customized reports)
  • Security (function as security officer for pharmacy system, setting up, modifying and maintaining accounts)
  • System updates (documentation preparation and testing)

  • Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Acting as both a broker and consultant regarding resources, you engage others in problem solving without taking over.

Role Essentials

  • Certified Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida
  • Experience with Excel and pivot tables
  • Experience with Data Import
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Role Desirables

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience with QS1 and NRx Pharmacy Software systems
  • Mail order or retail pharmacy technician experience
