AVP - Digital Sales

This position will lead a sales force of 8 FTE’s with a 2018 budget of $43M. The primary responsibilities of this position include:

·Driving Programmatic sales with agency trading desks via the SSP integration with SpotX,

·Sell direct IO campaigns to Digital and TV teams

·Manage the local and 3rd party selling relationships

·Push local sellers to package STB VOD, monetize O&O digital inventory including DIRECTV Now, TVE, att.net and att.com.

·Work in collaboration with Digital Ops to develop and improve upon the integration with SpotX and other future SSPs, manage all demand under one yield management strategy, accurately forecast and deliver campaigns, and work with Freewheel Advisory services on driving solutions to help manage our digital business

·Work in collaboration with Business Development to push and create meaningful contracts with our Programmers to ensure sellable and reliable inventory. This includes passing ID’s, IP, URL, and network and show level reporting

·Success will be graded on Revenue, Rate, & Sell-out.

Training and Special Skills

Advertising Industry experience with a heavy emphasis on direct IO and programmatic sales leadership
