Job SummaryReporting directly to the VP and GM of Digital Document Services (DDS) and Collateral Management Services (CMS), and serving as an integral member of the senior management team, the AVP, CMS Operations will partner with senior management in the development of operational strategy and contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic goals by leading, directing, planning, implementing and overseeing operational activities of the business.Primary areas of responsibility:
  • Strategy development and operational execution
  • Budgeting and forecasting support
  • KPI monitoring and management
  • Operational improvement
  • Client overall satisfaction
  • Client issue management
  • Business readiness
  • P&L management
  • Lender contract negotiations 
Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct operational strategies across CMS teams, ensuring world class service is delivered in an effective and timely manner to customers
  • Lead 400+ team members, including all aspects of operational results
  • Provide leadership and development to the management team with direct reports ranging from Individual Contributors to Directors 
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support operations
  • Work directly with managers, technical support and team members on escalated client situations
  • Operate as the owner for Operational Readiness
  • Function as the business owner for CMS metrics and management of KPIs
  • Lead customer success metrics review and reporting to provide insightful analysis that allows for continuous business improvement
  • Develop proposals and approaches to maximize margin through productivity gains using performance metrics
  • Manage the P&L for CMS
  • Work with the matrix managers (Product, Software Engineering, Production Engineering) to ensure product initiatives are implemented
  • Negotiate all CMS contracts with lenders
  • Promote revenue and EBITDA growth

Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in change leadership
  • Must have 10-15 years managerial experience in positions with increasing responsibilities preferred
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills with experience managing multiple teams/divisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sites Experience in the finance or automobile industry highly desired
  • Experience in automobile titling highly desired but not required
  • Proven ability to lead/hold accountable a team of managers driving business and financial results
  • A strong, continuous improvement mindset with the proven ability to develop this characteristic
  • Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Strong communication and interaction skills required
  • Strong customer executive focus and ability to build relationships internally/externally
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
