Automation as a Service Engagement Lead

In Accenture Operations, you’ll help clients transform their technology infrastructures using resources that range from cloud, data centers and workplace to networks, security and managed services. You’ll help clients establish and maintain thriving IT ecosystems that bring together multiple stakeholders and multiple technologies.   Role Description: The Engagement Lead maintains the client relationship and has overall responsibility for project execution with the client for Automation as a Service projects. These projects include robotic process automation RPA, AI, and other automation technology expertise developed in Accenture Operations and deployed to clients to provide value. The Engagement Lead will be responsible to optimize client impact within project budget, timeline and agreed upon scope to ensure client satisfaction through project delivery. The Engagement lead will need an in depth understanding of the customer s business context and must manage complex projects in ambiguous environments, as well as assist with creating and closing proposals generated by leadership.   Job Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Leadership Leads overall program project governance
  • Provide single point of contact for the client account leadership and client to liaison with the Accenture AaaS team
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and reference ability
  • Set client expectations for the project in conjunction with the client account leadership and manage the expectations
  • Become proactively involved with delivery upon deal signature
  • Participate in and comply with the account quality programs, including QA, Client Satisfaction and QPI and drive implementation of changes identified
  • Ensure adoption and compliance with Accenture Delivery Methods in accordance with Policy 11, including the creation and maintenance of the management plans
  • Accountable for multiple projects
  • Responsible for ensuring that resources staffed on projects for client have appropriate skills and training including certifications where applicable
  • Understands the contractual scope of work, milestones, dependencies, Accenture and the customer responsibilities, the assumptions and risks associated with the defined solution, and implementation.
  • Defines the overall organization structure and the roles and responsibilities for contracted
