What part will you play?
Revenue Analytics is building a Digital Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Platform to unlock Turner's digital ad-serve data and drive revenue growth for Turner's world class digital properties. The Associate Program Manager for Revenue Analytics will sit with the Product team, and be responsible for managing and tracking the projects in the Product roadmap. The Associate Program Manager will work closely with the Analytics and Data Engineering teams to build out well-scoped, achievable stories and projects that set realistic deadlines and minimize risks to deliverables. The Associate Program Manager will be expected to support project health by encouraging strong communication and documentation amongst team leads and stakeholders. Additionally, the Associate Program Manager will be able to identify project risks and quickly address them by consulting team leads and escalating more serious issues. A successful candidate will have exception organizational skills, a strong understanding of technical project buildout, and the ability to communicate amongst teams with varying technical capabilities.
What will you be doing?  
  • Manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and rapidly shifting tasks
  • Build out and maintain comprehensive stories and projects in Asana
  • Work with team members to build out well-crafted stories and projects that will enable them to accurately estimate timelines
  • Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that team resources are properly allocated and prioritized- Identify project risks and work to resolve appropriately
  • Report and escalate to leadership as needed
  • Help run daily standups, sprint kickoffs, and sprint reviews.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as needed
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
What do we require from you?
  • 1-3 years' experience managing technical projects
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software or database development
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • must be able to keep track of multiple projects without letting things fall through the cracks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile development
  • Experience defining and documenting business process and workflow
  • Willingness to learn new skills and help where needed
  • Educational background in a quantitative or engineering field a plus- Familiarity with Looker and/or Asana a plus
