JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Social Marketing Associate Manager, helps with development and implementation related to the ISG Social Media Strategy. They work with the ISG Marketing Team, Control Partners, internal Corporate Agency, and across the company to help devise the strategic direction of our strategy, which includes a focus on employees, wholesalers, advisors, and executives in alignment with the Corporate and Business Unit Strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Build, manage, maintain, and coordinate social program activities
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Corporate Ad Agency and business partners to help define and execute the content strategy
  • Help build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Work with Cross Functional Teams to generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Help establish and streamline processes associated with the program
  • Create, manage, and maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage projects, identify key players and coordinate project activities
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of social media tools and techniques
  • Experience communicating and interacting effectively at all levels
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • B2B, B2B2C, and B2C experience preferred
  • Financial Services experience preferred
