Associate Manager, Participant Engagement

The Associate Manager, Participant Engagement will be responsible for the project management and execution of participant engagement marketing activities for existing and new product solutions and capabilities. The candidate will work closely with the Client, Distribution, Implementation, Customer Office and the internal marketing team to develop and implement the engagement plan to drive desired outcomes for our clients.

Major Responsibilities include:

Responsible for managing and executing marketing and participant engagement campaigns across existing and new product solutions and cross business initiatives. Partners with the customer and distribution to implement the engagement plan to meet the desired goals and participation

Responsible for project planning and executing the integrated marketing plan impacting deliverables focused on producers and employers.

Execute and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns including creative brief and material development, compliance submissions and fulfillment.

Develop learning agendas and continuous improvement models for all activities.

Partner with internal business partners, marketing team and cross business teams to drive efficiencies across a large volume of campaigns and projects

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry (Group Insurance experience is a plus)

Bachelor's degree required

Experience with B2B and B2C marketing

Experience with digital marketing and new marketing trends

Strong project management and planning skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of the company, industry, products and services

Ability to work independently to achieve objectives, seeking manager's input as needed
