Provides legal advice and services related to litigation and enforcement matters through case management, legal research and basic interactions with clients.


  • Manages and provides legal advice on escalated disputes, litigation, investigations and regulatory matters

  • Researches and addresses legal issues relevant to litigation and enforcement matters

  • Participates on or leads small project teams for business unit area initiatives

  • Can assess complex multi-issue matters, generally requiring cross-area coordination


  • JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and member in good standing of state bar is required.

  • Legal experience as a litigator is required.
  • Understanding of civil procedure, including class actions and interpleader, regulatory examination and enforcement matters, investigations, mediations and arbitrations is required.

  • Experience in securities litigation, enforcement matters, investigations, ERISA, broker-dealer, banking or insurance law a plus.
