Associate Funds Operations Specialist

ADP is hiring an Associate Funds Operations Specialist. The Associate Funds Operations Specialist will maintain accountability and internal control over trust assets by executing and monitoring financial transactions in a timely manner. Accurately process manual transactions within Service Level Agreements by various departments. Use written and verbal communication to interact effectively at all levels within the organization. Provide World Class Service to internal and external partners.

  • Process approximately 6 to10K stop pays monthly in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review and execute banking activities and client financial transactions (manual
  • adjustments, wire refunds).
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from internal/external departments
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure the established timeframes and guidelines
  • are met.
  • Maintains effective work relationships with peers and management.
  • Enroll in HRD classes to develop personal growth.
  • Interfaces with Banking Relations, Field Services, Production Control, Tax Processing Tax Service Risk Management
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Funds Specialist, Management
  • Excellent data entry skills. Timely execution of banking activities.
  • Associate of Arts degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Experience in an accounting/banking position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Good working knowledge of Lotus 123, Microsoft Word and 10 key by touch.
  • Knowledge of San Dimas TOPS screens.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet critical time deadlines.
  • Understanding of Accounting procedures, banking activity and impounding and disbursement of funds.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive, professional interpersonal relationships
