Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Data Management Operations

You will be responsible for regional customer, material, supplier, and finance end-to-end master data and project management processes. This role will assist in defining, implementing and executing future state processes around data management for our Supply Chain franchises.
You will:
• Manage the receipt, validation, and entry of regional master data.
• Master Data maintenance and base business support to business partners.
• Develop standard processes, procedures and hierarchies based on transacting and reporting requirements.
• Refine processes, procedures and hierarchies as changes in supply chain, business unit consolidation/alignment occur, and publish to subscribing systems.
• Ensure data maintenance activities are performed within the SLA parameters.
• Ensure global and regional data standards are upheld as well as introduction of industry best practices.
• Ensure appropriate communication and training to external service providers which are responsible for data entry into our systems.
• Perform execution of Regional Data processes.
• Ensure accurate and complete usage of domain data standards, through the use of SCDM governance tools and processes.
• Track data standards adoption and compliance across the end state platforms as part of ongoing governance process.
• Enhance and update documentation and presentation of existing domain data standards as needed/directed.
• Update training documents, WIs, SOPs as needed/directed.
• Document business process and technical changes.
• Update team members of any changes that may impact business processes.
• Create, run and present metrics representing the Governance processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to review metrics, performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement process Improvements to improve efficiencies and data quality.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in master data, supply chain, operations, or cross-functional business environment or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP/JDE is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, advanced experience with Microsoft Excel such as vlookup and pivot tables is preferred.
• Experience working with Visio and process mapping is preferred.
• Excellent communication and change management skills, including interfacing with all levels of the organization is required.
• Cross-functional business knowledge sales/marketing/finance/operations) is a plus.
• Experience with data systems, data systems management, and data warehousing is a plus.
• This position may require up to 20% domestic and international travel.
