Associate Analyst, Direct Marketing

Overview
The Associate Analyst, Direct Marketing is an entry-level team member who contributes to projects, collects data, conducts analysis, and supports senior staff in the development, execution and implementation of direct marketing programs for Financial Institutions.

Role
• Assists with the execution of direct marketing projects, including creative, production, list selection, fulfillment, tracking, pre/post analysis
• Identifies project or deliverable risks in immediate area of responsibility
• Manages time and controls own work effectively
• Ensures quality and timely delivery of deliverables
• Works well with immediate clients to understand their needs and communicates client needs effectively to project leadership
• Actively participates in team discussions and clearly communicates progress throughout work assignment
• Assists with development of creative
• Supports development of recommendations with oversight
• Develops sections of presentations after detailed input from his/her manager
• Presents own work credibly in formal and team settings

All About You
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work on a team or independently
