Formula for Success
  • Leveraging your educational background and professional experience in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field, you will provide management and project support for the automotive coatings-wide communications, including marketing communications in North America.
  • Your strong knowledge of inbound marketing techniques will be a valued asset in managing external communications projects to help drive increased awareness, engagement, social activity and sales profitability, including tradeshows and customer events, and internet-based programs and projects.
  • Using your excellent project management skills, you will oversee and coordinate strategic employee communications, including planning and content development for Town Hall meetings and other regional events using new technology such as webcasting.
  • Using your exceptional oral and written communications skills, you will act as an external spokesperson for media relations for the automotive coatings business in North America.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will serve as a member of the automotive coatings North American leadership team working under the direction of the Senior Vice President.
  • Successfully engaging across the organization, you will align communications with global automotive coatings communications colleagues and Site & Community Relations, North America.
