The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enterprise Solutions group, part of the broader Innovation Group at Wells Fargo, was formed in early 2017 with the mandate to enable the enterprise to leverage the full capabilities of AI for delivering insightful and personalized experiences for customers and team members, driving greater operational efficiency, and better managing risk.

The AI Enterprise Solutions team, will support several lines of businesses (LOB) to get the best value of their needs by building sophisticated AI models using the state-of-the-art data science techniques. We are looking dynamic, result driven and knowledgeable AI Implementation Consultants who can drive implementation of AI solutions in an ever changing AI ecosystem in general who also have great passion for machine learning that allows software applications to become significantly more accurate in predicting outcomes without being explicitly programmed while leveraging vast amount of data.

The AI Implementation Consultant will:

-Help our LOB’s with onboarding their AI ideas and existing models and to work on qualifying them further in the model development lifecycle (MDLC)
-Be the single point of contact for LOB and act as a liaison with enterprise IT partners
-Develop, compile and discuss model requirements with all pertinent entities.
-Work with data scientists, platform, Datalake, Architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure the model requirements are fully understood and implemented
-Hold regular model pipeline meetings
-Provide regular KPI reports for LOB and wider AI teams.
-Provide regular model development metrics and checkpoints in order to accelerate the speed of development and influence strategic decisions.
-Drive model development activities from inception to fruition
-Help with various training activities
-Work closely with Model Business Analysts to ensure of scalability, reuse and repeatability of models in advance of model implementation

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning



Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) disciplines such as Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing
  • Knowledge and understanding of Big Data
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Visio skills
