Analytics, Reporting Advisor

Job DescriptionThis position supports the successful delivery of strategic reporting tools to clients and have the opportunity to
drive innovative solutions. You will work cross-functionally with internal to develop new enterprise reporting projects that will leverage data to drive insight and action for
internal and external stakeholders in addition to driving process efficiencies via innovative technical solutions.

You will deliver the reporting requirements for specific assigned customer as well as support the broader standard reporting efforts.

If addition, you will support internal and external partners

∙ Documenting reporting requirements for
stakeholder work groups to ensure that enterprise needs are met;
∙ Designing complex reporting to
support requirements gathering and the approval process;
∙ Creating detailed documentation for development
team and end user reference;
∙ Defining test cases and coordinating user
acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data quality and successful delivery of innovative reporting;
∙ Collaborating with colleagues in other areas of
Enterprise Analytics as well as IT and internal business partners to support the end-to-end development of reporting solutions (data acquisition to report
∙ Collaborating with colleagues to identify
opportunities for process improvements and automation and develop solutionsRequired QualificationsThis is a highly visible role where you will be managing largeand complex analytical reporting projects across the enterprise, you will need to have the following demonstrated experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing
multiple analytic projects simultaneously to include the ability to run queries (SQL or SAS) and assist in report design/innovation;

A minimum of five years of experience using
SQL and or SAS to streamline processes and drive efficiencies

Experience with Tableau and/or MicroStrategy
Business Intelligence tools as well as experience coordinating user acceptance testingPreferred QualificationsExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams of business intelligence professionals to manage key engagements and deliverables;

Experience participating in various aspects of design and delivery of reporting solutions; Leading cross functional initiatives to include written documentation and meeting facilitation.

Management consultant experience;

Prior Healthcare experience, especially with Medical Prior Authorization, Medical Claims and Health Plan clients

Solid understanding of project management and data structure methodologies.

Ideal candidate would leverage tools and methodologies to improve report processes by leading root cause analysis and providing systematic approach to eliminating gaps.

Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and
